RV8 air filter - what size

Umm...

I currently have a filter that is very small in height - under 2 inches, and Think that its restricting the air flow a little.

What have other people fitted ?

I am thinking of swapping it for a K&N 14 inch by 3 inch, but not sure about clearance issues with bonnet.

Thanks

Paul

last job before Stoneleigh ( I hope )

Paul,

If it (3" ) you could always cut a hole in the bonnet.

Guaranteed air flow then

I'm using two Imprezza turbo filters. About a tenner each from Halfords!

I've got a very small filter to go under the bonnet for SVA as the leveling plate and heatsinks that I have under the carb push the filter very high. Once SVA passed I will cut the bonnet for the triangular filter that I have to stick out. If you look at the third pic in my archive you will see what I mean !

Cheers
Simon
