zetec parts and install
hi, i currently have a 2.1 pinto in my velocity and now want to upgrade to a 1.8 zetec.
i've looked around for the parts i would need and the only thing i'm stuck on is exhuast manifold and engine mounts,i have found a site
called kit spares,has anyone used there parts before.

Hello! 
We had our engine mounts made by a local fabricator - not easy to buy off the shelf, but you could try Luego? they're in scotland somewhere.
For exhaust manifolds, we bought ours from BGH Geartech they made the Fury manifold which fitted our Velocity chassis nicely. I think the rights have
recently been sold to someone else, try contacting http://www.bghgeartech.co.uk/html/kitcars.html
Or maybe a local exhaust fabricator? this is usually more expensive though.

Stick your location in your profile and someone local may have some engine mounts that you could copy.
I have a pair you could measure up if your close by ?
Good luck with the swap, im using a Zetec in my velocity when i get time to start building it, its a pile of bits at the moment !

Surely luego would supply the engine mounts??? As for Exhaust, same as what others have said above... i don't know where you are but 907 on here
makes some lovely exhausts custom to the car and engine.

pretty sure Luego aren't supporting the Velocity anymore 
Maybe the Locost ones would be doable? not a assively dissimilar chassis.
