Dose anybody know where I can get one of those electric oil pumps from. And how much should I pay for it?

Should the oil supply line for the turbo be taken off the pipe going to the top end of the engine?

That is what I have done. Replaced a double banjo bolt with a triple banjo bolt and plumbed in a hose to the turbo.
I am no expert though.
