velocity + zetec
I want to run my zetec engine with the original fuel injection, has anyone done this in the velocity. There are some people doing it with westfields i
have seen but do not say a lot about how they did it.

I would be worried about the height of the injection system and whether it would all fit under the bonnet. Other than that I see no technical reason
why it can't be done.
However, if your aim is to save the cost of carbs/injection system why not run a Weber 32/34 DFT carb (as fitted to the very early Mk2 XR2)? They are
a lot cheaper than a pair of twin 40s and I'm told the CVH manifold will more or less go straight on to the Zetec (check this tho - I've
never done it!). Should be enough for a 1.6 or the 115PS 1.8 unit.
Failing that, what about trying a MegaSquirt DIY injection system?
