Seat belt anchorages

Hi,i think i must be going stupid, put it down to the mad rush to get the car ready for sva.
I cant find where the achorages are for my velocity, i can see the rear achorages on the roll bar but where are the lower ones?
They should be behind the seat?, are they fitted ?
Have i covered over them with the ali plate
Can some one post a picture for me please?

on tunnel side will need to locate from tunnel and then drill through ally.

on wheel side hidden behind wheel - may need to drill through from wheel side.

Above for viento but I think velocity is the same.

pic of tunnel - I put a large square m10 washer between ally and bracket.
