hi peeps, got the chance to buy a vivaro van with knackered diesel engine.
Ive been running lpg vans for years now and can see absolututley no reason to go back to diesel.
Question is what petrol engine will fit into vivaro, anyone know??

Check what renault engines are available for the traffic.
I believe that they are both the same.

No, he wanted LPG, so a V8 in the back, running a gas conversion!
Can you get kits for LS6's?

I believe there's several vans with the same shape... Renault, Vauxhall, and i'm sure there's a 3rd...
Check them out for the choice of engines.

Nissan movistar...
if the gearbox is ok, you want a F4R 2.0 16v engine as fitted to lagunas, scenics, clios, trafics, espaces etc etc.
Beware though IIRC the only f4r engine without vvt is the 2.0 scenic (old shape) that was built for the UK.
All the others and the cypriot import old shape scenics had the camshaft dephaser fitted.
