What a stunning looking car. I wonder how much inspiration was taken from this when designing the 8C.

270bhp from a 2.0L V12 in race trim, not too shabby for the time, but there are lots of N/A 2.0L 4 pot engines making more than this at clubman level motorsports now.

IIRC the racecars had v12 , but i think the road cars had the montreal v8 2 litre .

yes , later cars had flat 12 , early cars were all v8 - 270 hp from 2.2 litre v8 non too shabby
