think that diff was the one fitted in RS escorts so I imagine there are not many of these around collecting dust...
Do you already have the 3.54 diff fitted? If so, what broke on your old diff? planet gears can be replaced with a Qaiffe ATB reasonably easily.
If looking from scratch for a 3.54: good luck...

The 3.54 was also fitted to the Ghia models so there may be a few more out there. Good luck I've already got 1  )
