Luego Owners at Stoneleigh 2010 Update

Ok folks I've got the book return from Grosvenor back for Stoneleigh.

We will be on the same pitch as last year 27B, Map linky 2nd post down so the next question is, shall we camp in the usual spot, OR, shall we camp on the display site?????

Pro's as I see it -
No moving cars around on site if on display pitch.

Near to vital supplies if camping on pitch.

Near to loos where we usually camp.

Could look untidy if camping on display pitch.

Over to you lads

We could camp where we display - lets just not pitch anything until we've got the lie of the land sorted...

Will be there Saturday around midday. Unfortunately due to not being able to do any work on the car over winter the EFI conversion is still not finished so will be in the tin top.

Will bring Gazebo, food, beer + a Couple of instant BBQ

Car will be ready for Newark running Megasquirt and probably the only kit car with a Thor injection manifold. ( later to be converted to triple Daytona throttle bodied instead on the standard throttle body.

Paul

Camp in normal place ( my vote)

I liked the place we camped last year, it meant we could be silly if we wanted. I'll be there in the Velocity fresh from it's winter rebuild after my altercation with a French man. I am really looking forward to it.

It worked well aver the last few years, why change?

Steve

Can you believe it, after weeks of mostly dry weather the forecast is for rain, can't be right, can it?

Folks - weather is looking a shocker - might be a custard of the cowardly variety and choose sleeping in my own bed over damp grass for Sunday night.

Off to Mallory tomorrow so see you Sunday - pasta based gods be with us...

Nah only bad Sunday morning until noon-ish then gets better. Copiuos quantities of beer will soon put that right.
