Mirrors

What mirror (cheap) will fall into the IVA criteria on a 7 with no windscreen?

I have these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/door-mirror-kitcar-lotus-7-locost-etc-universal-fitting-/330447648068?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM& hash=item4cf036f544 that i brought at detling from CBS a few years ago as they will go on my windscreen pillar ok, but screen going on after IVA.

looked at fitting them today but can not get them to give a reasonable view behind (in my opinion)
