I have a polo radiator fitted to my robin hood but when i drive hard when its warn the car overheats, im wondering if i have the wrong polo radiator, the one fitted is 430X325X22 thick, Is this too thin, as ive looked at the radiator catalogue and its states it should be 32mm thick, Could somebody measure theres please?

Can the hot air get out anywhere?

The fact it's overheating when you're travelling fast suggests to me that there's no (or little) pass through of the air.

Getting it out of the engine bay is as important as getting it in!

Cheers,
James

I'll second that. Ive just taken a hole cutter and a jigsaw to my bonnet. Cringed when i first started but was surprised at what you can get away with. Ive also fitted front side panels with a gap at the back to let the heat out.
