front track

Anyone know or can measure the front track of a viento, where is the track measured from and to, my rear track is standard mustang cobra and that is said to be 60 inches, guessing front will be less.

I think it is the distance between the centre of each wheel (wheel, not tyre).

How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

Front 57 1/2 "
Rear 62"
(measured by tape on floor, center to center)

speedyxjs, you're right and wrong.

It is measured to the centre of the wheel. But the centre of the wheel is the same as the centre of the tyre (unless you've got some properly insane tyre mounting configuration! ).

To clarify, that means to the centre of the wheel - halfway between inside and outside - NOT to the wheel/hub mounting surface.
