Daytime Television - Ladies
Sad yes, coming round from nights and sitting with a pot of coffee watching a place in the Sun, on channel 4.
And Jasmine is looking pretty good in the sun

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

When i didn't have a job the misses made sure lunch was timed for Doctors!!!!
Our favourite part of the day was tea, cake and Gilmore Girls at 3:30. We got through 4 series together.
(when she was working and I wasnt i used to like Stargate SG-1 3 to 5pm ........ except i almost got caught out watching it and not doing house work
so many times it was scary)

There's a programme called "Loose Women" - if someone in my office was off sick then there'd be jokes about staying at home to
watch this programme, so one day I took a look at it... it's horrendous!
Imagine a group of Janet Street-Porter wannabes squawking at each other and you'll get the idea.

Daytime TV!!!!!!
The only prog worth watching was "Working Lunch". Much missed - by me, anyway. Loadsa very relevant info re most pertinent
money/economic/banking issues, plus some occsionally entertaining features.
Wonder why the Beeb gave it the elbow? Was there any Westminster pressure??
Work-in-Progress: Changed to Zetec + T9. Still trying!!

No it is much worse than that, if men made such a programme could you imagine the outcry, stick to Bargain Hunt it is safer I can't imagine
Anita Manning being nasty to anybody.
Moving back to Janet Street-Porter when she was younger (and I was younger) I couldn't make up my mind if I ....... :-)

I'm at home all day and I can honestly say I haven't got a clue what is on the telly or who these people are
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

At my age I would be glad to take the likes of Angela I have to agree with Coozer about Lucy Alexander
I would have watched Working Lunch; a very informative programme.
I agree with British Trident Loose Women is horrendous, cackling women all trying to up stage each other - I definitely think I'll stick to
Bargain Hunt with Tim and Anita Manning

Im old enough to remember the Morecambe & Wise show Xmas special - with Angela Rippon, never quite looked at her like a newsreader again, along
with a lot of other young lads I guess.
And the cackling wimmen program on ITV is earache, that only a woman would watch (or understand)
Lucy Alexander gets a vote - looks like the type of lass who would drink pints, and be good crack.

The worst thing about loose women is it's repeated in the small hours of the morning and so many times I've forgotten what it is and put
it on by mistake.

As far as I can tell, very few normal women like it either...

I find I watch all my recorded Tv all at once then have huge amounts of time when theres nothing to do and nothing else on. I try not too but it just
happens that way.

He didn't say all women!
I fail to see how anyone can stand it, but I imagine if anyone could, I agree, they'd be female
