Locost steering joints

Hi all, New to here so hope have posted in correct place.
Am in the throws of rebuilding by locost front suspension,was all wrong before,have fitted new mnr uprights (cortina)
have got later steering rack (escort) with metric tie arms (m14) have i beleive rs 2000 track rod end joints but taper of joint is still to small for arm of hub. what is i need mk2 rs joints or maybe cortina ??

Ordinary mk2 Escort joints will fit, 1100 or 1300 type.
