URGENT ADVICE needed please, should I buy?
Guys,
I have been offered:
Robin Hood, correctly registered on f plate, no tax or mot, been standing for approx 6 months in a a garage, looks as though its been well but
together, most electrics work but not indicators (not sure if this is a big thing?), trust worthy current owner but only has the v5 and no other
paperwork.
What else should I be looking for, really tempted as its fairly good money and he will deliver to me (only 10 miles away but still good of him).
What do you think?

There are different models of Robin Hood - some not good and some even worse
Wants to be really cheap IMHO and even then do you really want a Robin Hood?
Might make a good donor?

Really depends on which model it is (some are only worth what they weigh....in my opinion), the quality and condition of the parts used and how much
its going to cost you. Without more info its difficult to give you any worthwhile advice other than your doing the right thing asking questions before
you buy.
There are plenty of decent Robin Hoods out there but because they used to be firmly located at the budget end of the market there are a lot of poor
ones.

Pop over to rhocar for advice on the model, 2Bs have some odd suspension setups and they will be able to tell you if that ones had the required
upgrades to improve it.

The photo shows that it has the suspension upgrade (double wishbones and coilovers rather than the original sliding pillar arrangement).
