MG Midget rear leave springs
Question is can i remove a leaf and if so which one is advised.
My original 1275 rear springs were shot so i fittted some 1500 ones which were going spare. The car sits high and is stiff. The 1500 had a very heavy
bumper which mine doesnt.
Thoughts appreciated

In days gone by, I would have done this, but being older and wiser I wouldn't recommend If I were you, I'd get the correct springs for
the car, there are plenty of places out there that can supplyu. Here's one for example

As above but you could try reversing one or two of the lower leaves.
