Goodbye Luego
After 9 years of ownership it's time to say goodbye to the Velocity. It's an emotional day.
The new owner has just driven off to its new home on the south coast.
It started off as a rather lardy, floaty cruiser with a 4AGE 20v engine and 17" alloys. It left a real weapon with sharp handling, light
weight, small wheels and a reworked engine complete with Rotrex supercharger. With a full on 248bhp it was rapid with a capital R.
It's been replaced by the R400 which is fun but performance falls well short of the Velocity.
I hope you'll let me linger here while I enjoy the Caterham. Time to change my avatar....
