Magnetic Speedometer positioning
Hi again im now trying fit my magnetic speedometer and cant find much info on fitment with the luego manuel.
I have read that i need to glue the 2 magnets somewhere on the car which rotates through the drive of the vehicle at 180 degrees apart.
In the luego manuel it shows a braket suspending it above the prop .
But im using a live axle set up escort english axle and so wouldn't it be a bit dodge having it at the back where the prop and diff join due to
the verticle movement of the prop/diff .
Where else can i mount it i cant put it at the front of the prop as i have a westfield remote and surely if i put it on the prop in the middle i would
never get the 2 magnets positioned exactly 180 degress apart on the same circle .... and there would still be some movement.
Please help

Due to the dilemma's you face - is there no chance you could mount it inside the rear arch mounting the magnets on the wheel. Take the sesor
from the hub?
Failing that there is always the front cycle wings/wheel but that's gonna be messy.
Ever thought you had dug a hole for yourself?

everything we do seems to end up messy !
Have you built a live axle HELLFIRE or only indys ?
If not hopefully someone who has built a live axle could come up with some ideas ... Hopefully there is a solution.

You could try making a bracket to mount to your diff so the sensor is reading the rear of the prop shaft. That way the sensor is moving with the axle
up and down.
