Shock details

No, not what I do when the lights are off with Mrs Browser but details on which size (open/closed length) & spring rate coilovers to fit on a (non-XT) Velocity please?

Why not give Grant a ring at Luego?

www.raldes.co.uk (Rally Design) have a good section on shocks and springs with lots of data and part numbers etc.
