Delivery?

I´ve paid and got most of my kit.
But still I want and need the rest!
Why don´t you deliver?

I have given you the money..
You should give me what I´ve paid for!!!

Or emailing him... or both

It can be frustrating waiting for parts. But I know will darren be busy this time of year (as are most kit manufacturers) as there are a lot of shows, and a lot of people wanting stuff yesterday.

You will get your stuff sooner or later, but coming on here ranting doesnt do anyone a favour. Just give him a call....

I've also had trouble getting parts (headlights, wishbones, track extensions) from GTS. I'm not sure what people consider a resonable delivery time but i've been waiting 11 weeks I did get part of the order 2 weeks ago and the parts are excellent but I need it all to complete my rebuild. I accept that they are a small company and must be busy but I think its important people air these issues as they can cause considerable problems and delays with peoples builds.

I don't wish to knock GTS as I said the parts I've had are excelent and i'm sure these incidents are the exception not the rule but it doesn't make it any less frustrating.

We have to keep in mind that these items are not supplied off the shelf. You have to wait for most of it to be made. When it's made, it's shipped but with a long list of shows happening and people screaming, it takes time. Maybe he'll be quicker if he doesn't have to pick up the phone and answer emails.
