Ignition for pinto engine

Hi all, Am I right in saying that the two wires that come from the amplifier to the connector on the dizzy are just joined together or are they going to seperate parts on the connector, hope someone will understand what I'm asking.

My wires were a different colour to the ones in the diagram.

Green - coil -
black - coil + and ign
white - unused
purple - dizzy
orange - dizzy
brown - earth
