Car seats in Viento
Was planning to spend £300+ on a pair of front seats but the car is eating its way through my budget so for now will use these front seats out of a
MX5. They cost £42 off E-Bay, and drop straight in with 4 small lugs removed. Just need to bolt them down. They are on runners and the back angle is
adjustable.

How wide are they? Is the Viento wider than "normal" sevens?
They look pretty good

The Viento is wider than a normal seven. I have about 500mm width to play with and if you place the seats so that the widest part at the the front
misses the chassis uprights then you have 515mm.
The seats max base width is 495 across the rear backrest adjusters. The front leg area is 510 mm.

That must be one of those spare parts left over in the garage.
I must remember to put it in. where exactly does it fit ?

Got mine from a NOVA SRi
Plenty of smashed up ones in scrappies around Essex. £20 the pair and £15 for the seat covers. They are surprisingly comfy too, with good lateral
support.
