Nose Cone Mounting (Advice) Luego Velocity XT

Hey,

Just looking for some inspiration really - been cracking on with the build and now starting to do the bodywork

Bloody Fibreglass is 'itchy/scratchy' - thought I'd caught summit off a bird at first

Anybody found any clever ways to mount the Luego nose cone - I want it to look neat and not drill through the sides etc..

Cheers,

Murray

Made two metal brackets for the front and rivnuted them to the chassis. Then fitted rivnuts to the brackets so that I could use dome headed bolts from the underneath to fit the front of the cone. Top area is just bolted through but intend to change this soon Rescued attachment oct 023.jpg

MIne will be mounted like that too. With a couple of bolts into rivnuts on the topchassis rail too.

Maybe hinged at the bottom with some sort of hand tightenable bolts up top.
