Springs
The coilover springs I got from Luego were 300lb and 175lb respectively, which I was told were 300 for the rear and 175 for the front. As mi lump is
heavier than the Rover V8, she is sagging a tad.
Question - Have I been a tit and put fronts on the rear and if not what do you think I should go to on the front, 250/275/300????
Thanks all - Imagine doing this all by yourself

Hi Neil, having fitted a 2.9i I can assure you that the spring should be 300lb front. 175 rear. Although I did find with mine that I had to go up to
350lb front, as the 300's were too soft. Regards Ray

I'd agree - I've got 275's in the front (Zetec 2.0 engine) and 150s in the rear. Might be a tad soft in the rear end (hmmm...I knew
a girl like that once), but the front seems nice and firm (come to thnk about it, I knew a girl like that, too!).
