Le Mans - The Return

Great laugh - cheers guys esp PTM for making it happen. Will write some more later when I finally get a nights sleep.

Strangely though the best nights sleep I had there was Saturday, with ground shakingly loud Corvettes roaring past 30ft away all night - weird.

F*ck PTM for picking a campsite like Cleethorpes beach, right on the track.

Quote from radio Le Mans:-

"The leading Bentley sweeps majestically out of the Porsche curves, under the guy ropes of Chris's tent, before blasting away towards the main pit straight"

Cheers

Chris

Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!

Lol!!!

Don't tell me you had trouble sleeping Saturday night? All you had to do was like me- three pairs of ear plugs hammered into place and a pillow over your head!**

Anyway, I'm not complaining- had a great time- thanks for arranging it all PTM.

Cheers,
James

** Have to admit that at one point (about 4am) when the V1 Bomber on Speed (aka Chevvy) went past and woke me I did consider pushing one of the Belgians caravans out onto the track so they'd have to stop the race for a bit!

Actually I slept less on the friday night with the sodding "karaoke" till 5 am, if only they'd have known more than 2 songs.

Cheers

Chris
