Another viento breathes life!!
As the title implies, started the engine for the first time last night. It ran first turn of the key and even ticked over by its self!
The only guage connected at the moment is the oil pressure, 60 psi.
V happy!!

Is that a piece of rocking horse poo I see on top of the inlet manifold??
Or perhaps its hens teeth....
Nice job: should be "lively"!
Only note of caution is that while the throttle assemblies will breathe really well, you should see the silly little hole in the AFM they breathe
through. If youre not going for Megasquirt or the like, at least either run it on 14CU(X) hotwire, or a 4.2 Jaguar Meter: theyre bigger and flow
better than the standard SD1 item. My car is blighted by it, and it really knackers the top end power.

Looks dine Kenton. I presume that you are going to try and be on the road for early next year?.
Is there a start up video?.
Beware of the Goldfish in the tulip mines. The ONLY defence against them is smoking peanut butter sandwiches.

Looking very neat Kenton. Getting mine to start was an excellent feeling But driving it out of the garage was much better.
My 3.5 on carbs feels good but yours should be wild..
