Sierra CV joints Bolts
I'm about to put in 2 orders for the 24 bolts that pin the three parts of the 4x4 drive shafts together. Is there any benefit of buying
Ford's Torx socket ones (52p) over AHC's allan key socket ones (19p)?
They're the same grade (12.9)?
Thanks,
James

James,
As discussed, I'll be in for the allen key jobbies over the torx ones. Less tools to worry about...
Ned.
beware, I've got yellow skin

DOES ANYONE KONW IF THE BOLT-ON DRIVE SHAFTS CAN BE FITTED TO A DIFF WHICH WAS ORIGINALLY FITTED WITH PUSH-IN DRIVESHAFTS?
IN OTHER WORDS, ARE THE INTERNALS OF THE DIFFS IDENTICAL? FROM MEMORY, THE HAYNES MAUAL SHOWS THE BOLT-ON SHAFTS ARE RETAINED
BY A C-CLIP, BUT WILL THIS C-CLIP AREANGEMENT FIT A DIFF WHICH DIDN'T ORIGINALLY USE A C-CLIP?
