iconic car colour scheme

further to the post from earlier re gulfcolours which i always remember being on the GT40,

what other "Iconic" colour schemes do you guys recall?

Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!

Got to agree...the JPS gold and black was at the time, and IMHO still is, one awesome colour scheme............number 1 in my book...

Lotus Gold leaf is coolish.


Rally schemes always rule.

My personal fave is the 90s BMW touring car with the engine and transmision bluprints on the side and bonnet.
