Apparently the renewal application has just come through the post at home for next yours national b race licence. Is it that case that you only have
to renew every three years to maintain the licence without having to re-take the ARDS?
I'm pretty sure this is the case but as I'm not sure whether it is going to be used next year or not I'd rather wait and not risk
having to take the ARDS again!
Cheers

Yep i think its 4 years! i know if i don't renew mine this year, i will have to re take the writen part again.
i dont think you have to do all of the ARDS again.
what do you have to do to keep a race license? do you have to do at least 1 race meeting a year or something?

ah, thats alright, i want to try and do m ine at some point, but won't be able to afford to actually race (yeah, i know its then a bit pointless ) how much does it cost to renew?
Haven't got the forms to hand but hear that it's £65 this year. Correct me anyone if I'm wrong!
I've had a race licence for 15 years but never raced (i'll get around to it one day!).
I renew it every now and again with the intention of racing. I didn't realise there was a timing issue though!
I'll renew it this year as there's a chance I'll race :-)

i thought someone told me a few years ago you had to do at lewast one race in a certain time, but he must have been wrong
It is every 4th year I think, I did mine again this year as I hadn't renewed it for the last 3 years and needed it to carryout some testing in a
friends race car
My renewal has arrived today and next years cost for Nat B is £51.
