I have an aerscreen on my car it is a roadgoing f 27 i do 4000 miles a year but struggle when entering events production class because i have not got full screen on reading new blue book it say on open top cars windscreens are free do you thing thet means i will be ok this year
if the windscreens are free, i'll take one as a spare
"Windscreen are free" is not the same as "Windscreens are optiional".
Ask your local eligibility scrutineer.
He will be the guy who gives you the thumbs up on the day or writes you out a nice non conformance.
If you find out who it is for the championship you're interested in, they should be able to help you out.

To be fair the Blue Book said that last year, mandatory for closed vehicles, free for open vehicles, you don't need a screen of any description, I run without one, no problem
