Can anyone tell me if there are any confirmed changes to the rules next year? I've heard that there maybe a change to 1400cc zetec engines but I don't want to buy one if this isn't confirmed.

Any other rule changes would be useful too.

Sorry i am short on time at this moment to give a full answer. BUT there is absolutely NO change in engines for 2012 or the foreseeable future. ( Could you please let me know where this rumor came from )

The 2012 regulations will have the usual few clarifications and small changes but nothing that will be of any significance to the build of a new or existing car. If you work to the 2011 regulations you will be fine.
