I need to get a set of thrust washers for Motorcraft Dizzy Part No. 12100. These are parts B & C in the Haynes manual - they sit near the top, just under all the gubbins! (That's technical for me)

I also need a new 1/8" diameter x 3/4" long Roll Pin (sometimes called dowel pin or spirol pin) to locate the skew gear.

Any ideas where to get these hard to find parts?
