I was on the phone to CCI the other day asking for proof of no claims, talking to one of their female operators. She didn't say her name, but as we finished the call, I'm sure she called me Dickie. Now only my motorsport friends call me that, and there is no other way she would know as the insurance was in my full name etc....

are you insuring the race car or your life whilst driving it? I`m insured by CCI for that and it`s due for renewal next month but no mention of no claim discount

Neither! I was getting proof of NCB from my van to use on my new (2nd hand) tow car - Astra diesel estate!!!

Nope, no idea yet. However, when I get the letter from CCI, it might be signed off by the girl I talked to?
