Locosts are also out at Lydden 29/30 Jul.

I went along to a couple of races before I bought my car and the experience was invaluable, because I knew exactly what I was getting into before I spent any money.

Seeing 2 Locosts smashed to bits reinforced in me the importance of safety and strength. It also showed me how expensive racing could be. True to form, 2 years later, I'm the one with the expensively smashed up car.

Ernie will be able to give you some good advice, but get along to races if you can.

Quite honestly Nick I am a lazy sod, at the moment I follow most of the field round near the rear. when in close running with others the feeling is great and we have great respect for each others skills(or lack) Not being amongst the quickest has its advantages in that the engine is very reliable and I tend just to check the fluid levels etc. This is my second season and the competitive spirit is just creeping in so hopfully I`ll move up the grid. By all means give me a bell and I`ll be happy to show off the car and give any advice. If you check the 750 site for dates will be at brands, Lydden, Silverstone & Donnington
