Hi all
I've just uploaded some video to YouTube from my car at Donington, 17 Sept 2006. It was a very wet race and most of the cars were on a dry set-up
so it was fairly hectic (it's the race where Brian Mitcham ended up inverted)
I started from the back of the grid following a prang in qualifying.
It comes in 2 parts.

Yikes! nice footage- I love Donnington too which helps....
Coppice and the old hairpin looked vicious- that was nasty conditions!!!!
Keep 'em coming
Great video, can't wait to get my car built and get out there with you! What camera setup did you shoot the video with?
Shame you didn't slide backwards through the start / finish line......
BRILLIANT
keep them comming.
Brilliant, i was on tender hooks just watching it.
Where did you finish in the end?
I loved the way you just had to go for the orange car at the last chicane, a touch more grip and you may well have done it, damn unlucky
Great 18mins of racing though well done
That was superb!
If F1 was more like that I might even watch it!

I use a bullet camera bolted to the rollcage which feeds into a camcorder with AV-in. The camcorder lives in a padded box for protection. If you
have any spare cash after your build I'd invest in a camcorder set-up as you'll remember a lot more about the race afterwards.
When are you planning to start racing?
PJ
Finished 19th in the end, but would have been around 15th had I not spun early on and overshot at the end of the straight.
I love Donington and I think it has a really good collection of corners and a lot of safe run-off areas.
More vids to follow.....
