Would be great if you could take the time to post something on here, good or bad! Thanks!

scootz - 25/1/09 at 01:51 PM

Look good... if I was in the market for a pedal-box then I would be giving you a shout!

Echidna - 25/1/09 at 02:36 PM

Thank you scootz!
You voters, why not posting a message here?

I post the pics here, to be easier to see the pedalbox.

I've been looking through the options for:-

"Very nice, I would certainly copy it."

i think it looks well made (please dont take offence) but i could make one exactly the same. for me to be interested i would want to be buying someting a bit more special. it would need to be made to a standard above what i could produce without special equipment.

i notice your back plate is made of several pieces and welded together. it would be better if it were made out of one piece and bent. i dont think much of the paint finish it would e better powder coated or poished.

Echidna have you a photo with the cables and master cylinder on the pedal box out of the car.

People might like to see how it fits together.

Regards
Jason

Ps I can let you have a drawing for a folded haynes pedal box if you like.

Why the welded on bit on the large backplate. and where are the -

Adjustable brake pedal ratio?

Adjustable clutch and accelerator pedal ratio?

Adjustable pedal pads?

Adjustable pedals (forwards-backwards)?

Echidna - 25/1/09 at 07:37 PM

The welded bit on the large backplate is there to touch with the upright tube of the chassis which is at an angle on the upright axis.

The adjustable features are options which are not present on the pedalbox in the pictures. The pedalbox on the pictures is for a customer who wants it like that.
