Hi ladies and gents. I've been off the forum for a long time, working on career, life and 2 kids later and I can't stop myself wanting to
build again. I started this time with a drift trike. After much googling I came across SFD industries that had build a sweet version of the drift
trike wit a nice mountain bike Fat Bike front wheel. I thought I'd give it a try and see how it turns out.
I've opted for burlier steel tubing, 40mm steam pipe....they use titanium I think. Titanium is hard to find locally and I like steam pipe .
machined up all little brackets, made custom fork and rear axle. Everything was tig welded. Hope you enjoy the pics:

Interesting project, but deffo for the younger LCB-er.
One's arse is a little too close to the tarmac, for my liking!
Holy crap i need to you tube this stuff NOW!!
Do you just use it on the local streets and car parks?
haha I just ride it in our neighborhood and parking lots. tons of fun. It's a good way to hone your handling skills
This looks like a lot of fun for a relatively small amount of work.
How long did it take you to build? What engine are you running?
