How do the sterlings fair in comparison to the pullmans?

I think the difference is Pullman has a washroom, but when we bought ours, was told the wash rooms a PITA to build up, but cant see why,

really liked the stirling but we decided to upsize to a caravan , as we have a newborn and gives us more room
