Fiat 2.0 twin cam complete engine / box
19sac65 - 15/5/14 at 05:50 PM

A mate of mine has a complete super mirafiori 2.0 twin cam engine, box, carb, manifolds, ign module etc
He bought it to go in a pop but ended up fitting a xflow
I know nothing about it other than you wont meet a more honest straightforward fella
He's a specialist motor engineer who specialises in classics etc so it wont be junk - or dodgy
U2U me for his details if you fancy something other than ford/vaux power
Located near tamworth staffs but ime sure he'll sort something out if your miles away

There's a Westfield for same with one of these fitted on Piston heads.

Might be worth asking the buyer if they want a spare.

Just a thought as I believe they are quite rare.

I know the seller, didn't know there was a buyer (yet)
He's already got loads of engine spares and a gearbox with the car tbh.

Hi

The other places that like Fiat Twin cams (apart from back in 1970s Fiats!) is in modified Morris Minors and Marlin Roadster kit cars (people go classic trailing in these, see:
http://www.wheelspin.info/cars/marlin.htm &
http://www.wheelspin.info/sectionbegins/index.htm )

See:

http://www.guy-croft.com/viewforum.php?f=10&sid=92da67a4489e1bd8ffed896cfa5226a4 (Guy Croft Tuning are the Fiat Twin cam tuners and have a free web forum with sales and wanted ads)

Also Morris Minor Owners Club forum for sales and info on modified cars: www.mmoc.org.uk

http://www.jlhmorrisminors.co.uk/content/fiat.php

Marlin Owners Club:
http://www.marlinownersclub.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?2-Roadster

I know your pal wants just to sell the engine, but here is the background on the possible market.

Where is the engine and gearbox?

Cheers
Mike
