i have one that came off the donor, but does not include reservoir as i have used this for the new MC. also i have 3/16 brake pipe i bought with fittings. but my kit came with flared lines so they are surplus to requirement. let me know if you want them

I've got a good one kicking about - swapped it when I went for a smaller bore MC. Not sure what they are worth.

I have one that I no longer need. I got it from a donor car, but now I have bought a new one for my floor mounted set up. How do I know if mine is a 'tandem'? It has push rod, reservoir and servo with it.
