Hello,

my battery is week.
Standard battery for the ZX12r engine is Yuasa YTX14-BS.

Would you recommend another model ?

small car battery ( micra / smart car etc ) bike batterys are fragile !

A Yuasa YTX14-BS would be what I'd see on a 300cc single cylinder quad bike (I work on quads a fair bit), a 700cc which is big for a quad would use a 20 instead of a 14. Being a 4 cylinder the load will be spread more but all the same a 14 amp to start a 1200cc engine seems small, you dont have the size restrictions of the bike so I'd second fitting a small car battery unless you're mad keen on weight saving in which case just go for a bigger bike battery.
