Hey,
just wondered if anyone has any software to unlock a read only powerpoint file.
I've "borrowed" it from t'interweb, and want to amend it for a class i'm doing next week (i teach electrical installation at
the local college).
however the clever man who made was clever enough to put a password on it. I've found software that i can download to do it, but i'm not
keen on paying £40 for one file!
any clues?
cheers,
Martin
there should be "free" tools for doing that - there not that secure...
Aren't they like drawings.
I load 'read only' drawings and then save as something else.
Use Openoffice
Seriously if you can save all the pictures unless it's a massive presentation it shouldn't take too long to recreate it
cheers for the suggestions,
copying the images is the easy bit, its more the huge amounts of custom animation that i'm after.
hopefully ive got a man on the job now anyways,
cheers,
Martin
I brute forced a 7 digit password on a zip file with a 1ghz Athlon about 10 years again. Can't remember the software though.
