have you tried phoning them? they might reduce the postage to the cost of a stamp?
rally design and burton have done that for me in the past, i'm sure rally design will too

hmmmm, google has come up with a source in ebay France, of all places


looke like rolled thread as opposed to cut thread on the taiwanese bolts.
