HI all, just finished a chop build using a gsxr1100 and its running rough due to open filter and drag pipes, have been sent the following setup but
need help understanding:
Engine runs okay upto 4.5-5k rpm then doesn't pull.
Setting up wise i start by going 4 jet sizes up from standard, needles in the centre setting and pilot air screws out 2 turns for 750 and 2 +1/2 for
1100. seems to work pretty good straight away and then your local dyno dude can fettle it about from there pretty quick. carb balance is crucial with
open filters and pipes, get that right and you'll save a lot of time.......
Are all jets in the carbs changed any help, guides will be great trying to avoid a 4hr trip to the dyno
