First roll of wrap went into the bucket - installed - no problem.
Second roll - took it outside - shook it all undone to cut it in half (still dry) .. carried it back into the garage and started coughing &
itching - arghhhh - covered in fiberglass...
Dunked wrap in bucket - finished job - threw tee shirt away - washed overalls 3 times - 4 showers later...
Just used the compressor to 'blow out' the dust & fiberglass off the garage floor ..
I would suggest instaling this crap outside - well vented - and where you can hosepipe the area down when finished...

Tip:
After working with fibreglass always wash first with cold water to remove any particles (or are they shards?).
Warm water opens the skin pores which can stop bits washing off.
When I fitted some to my mini years back, it went on with almost no bother, and no itching. I didn't bother painting it with anything, but be prepared for it tot smoke like mad when you first start it up!
Cant seem to find a 'brush on' tin of white VHT paint...

The hoodie did need washing a few times though.
I used that crushed volcanic ash stuff. Went on really easy but it stinks like stale piss!
I tried the cheap stuff and it was utter sh!te so I normally use this stuff:

Expensive but not a single itch, no need to dunk in water, goes on very very easy. I would never buy the cheap stuff again after using it.
As for fibre glass itching. Before starting cover arms and hands in baby powder and wear gloves. Works quite well to stop it itching.
Ive seen it used by several people but never really understood why. Is it mainly for reducing the heat in the engine bay or does it aid engine efficiency by preventing the exhaust fumes from cooling too quickly ?

On a mini it's primarily to keep the under bonnet temps down. With it fitted to my engine, the inlet manifold would ice up sometimes! And that was despite it being black to actually absorb some extra heat. But there is a very small efficiency boost to be had too.
Mine went on ok dry, with rubber gloves outside, but I skimped on the ss ties using wire instead and its cut/melted/worn through the glass and its now
all coming off a year later. Might be the lack of ties, might be the cheap glass, might be excessive exhaust temps from poorly set up carbs.
