that works quite well but use only enough washing up liquid to break the surface tension otherwise the bubbles are a pain. I use an old credit card as
a squeege but there are propper things that won't mark the decal. Two people are best for large ones and work from the center out
I got quite good at this putting on stripes and the like. I use a hair dryer to help it go round curves, a soft damp cloth is used for that as it
cools the glue to hold it in place. Don't drive the car for at least 24hrs otherwise the decals will explode off in the wind
I used that blue low tack masking tape as a guide to get things straight and do make sure the car is utterly clean as the smallest speck of dirt will
cause mayhem
post pics once done so we can inspect your handy work

Hi forget the washing up liquid. Just temp stick them on with a bit of masking tape ect. When happy with position just stick on.
The one you will have problems with is the number roundel on the nose. I cheat and cut from the outside to the centre then apply going around in a
circle . You will find that the cut line will overlap the original start point if that makes sence. Dont forget you numberplate 750mc locost sticker.
If you dont have one yet you will get one in the sighning on office on the morning.
Cheers Matt
Ps just spent the last two days stickering up cars after fresh painting. It's the one job i hate but it dose make or break the look of a car

It is easier with a tiny bit of washing up liquid, as long as you've got a decent squegee thing to get rid of the water from underneath...
I've done it both ways on loads of things and some things suit not using soapy water but I reckon your car decals will be better. It also gives
you a bit of breathing room when you are applying if you are a tad nervous about it!

I as part of my job I fit signs. For large flat vinyl stickers, first clean the area with meths. Spray the back of the sticker with clear water, then
slide on to surface and when happy with position squeegee out with a spatula or credit card. For graphics put two pieces of masking tape on the top
front, leaving backing and front paper on. Position the sticker, when happy put a strip of tape right along the bottom edge. Remove the top two
pieces, carefully take off the backing, then working from the bottom smooth the sticker on. Finally take off the bottom tape and front paper and you
have a perfectly fitted sticker. Works every time.
