I have an aerscreen on my car it is a roadgoing f 27 i do 4000 miles a year but struggle when entering events production class because i have not got full screen on reading new blue book it say on open top cars windscreens are free do you thing thet means i will be ok this year

"Windscreen are free" is not the same as "Windscreens are optiional".

Ask your local eligibility scrutineer.

He will be the guy who gives you the thumbs up on the day or writes you out a nice non conformance.

If you find out who it is for the championship you're interested in, they should be able to help you out.

To be fair the Blue Book said that last year, mandatory for closed vehicles, free for open vehicles, you don't need a screen of any description, I run without one, no problem

Sorry that's not correct - certainly in the North West.
Here a F27, would be in Road Going Specialist Production and a screen is mandatory in the majority of events.
(I carry an aero screen in the van for the odd occasions when it's not!)

As posted above check with the eligability scruitineer for the championship you're interested in.
