Kawasaki ZX12 Wiring Diagram

Putting this lump into a Dax Rush MC. I have the loom and all the bits, but want to take out the unused stuff. Can anyone help with a source of an English version of the wiring diagram? I have asked Haynes and they have never done a manual for the ZX12.

We have a wiring diagram for the 2004 B3 model but to be honest, your best bet would be to contact Kawasaki UK. Quote your engine number and they will send you a copy of the relevant wiring diagram.

ETA - What electrical stuff from the bike won't you be using??

Hi Phil. yep, done that but they say it is an import and have sent my query to Japan. I need the engine date anyway for the IVA.

That is another issue, hence contacting Kawasaki. I was told it was a 2005, but the paperwork quoted the number stamped under the exhaust outlets instead of the correct number over the clutch housing. Obviously I need written confirmation from Kawasaki for the IVA and it will also help getting parts, etc.

LINKY to Manual

Link to USA version Drawing

The drawing is coloured to help.

The manual also has other country diagrams.

My Dax is now a USA ZX12R not RF900
