13" from 17" tyres part 2

oh bugger ford 13" 6j 4 spoke rs wheels wont go on my Mk indy..........centres are too small..........and nearly touch calipers on front........bugger i really like that style....and ideas......thanks in advance.

lathe!

I used a dremmel to enlarge the centres on a set of wheels once.

Doesnt matter about the callipers, if they do skim it will soon wear off.

its an idea but there maybe a good reason that ford had that much metal around the centre.............rather than me taking it away with a dremel............

They touch? Or they nearly touch?

I've seen plenty of production cars with less than 5mm clearance... how close are we talking?

thicker wheel weights on the inside of wheel would hit caliper doh...so just inlarging the centre hole wont work.......bugger.......
