zetec with TB's trouble starting.

My 2.0 zetec with TB's has trouble starting when the engine ran for a while and is hot, but it starts perfect when it's cold!

What can be the problem?

Is your Starter Motor near your Exhaust manifold ?

If it is it could be getting Hot causing the starting problem

Probably the start fuel enrichment making the mixture over rich.
You should have temperature based start enrichment settings set for temperature, if it is the same % throughout the range try reducing enrichment for higher temp

Sounds like it simply isn't mapped very well. It was probably running very rich to mask the problems with cold start fuelling.
